Location
We love living so close to the beach. It's a 2 minute walk to our public neighborhood access with parking for cars, bikes and a shower to rinse the sugar sand off your feet. Another public access next to ours has restrooms and from March to November there is a lifeguard on duty and vendors that rent chairs & umbrellas.
All you need is sunscreen & sandals because your stay includes 2 beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler. Beach cruiser bikes are on site for you to use to explore the area.
Juan Love is also close to some of 30 A's best activities off of the beach.
Just two blocks from our home is a local daytime cafe and health studio with spin and yoga classes.
One of our favorite places to go is the iconic town of Seaside. It's just a 20 minute beach walk or 10 minute bike ride away. Sip on a specialty beverage while shopping unique boutiques and local artwork. Find your perfect bite from an airstream food truck or enjoy the gulf view from a beachside restaurant.
Hop on our beach cruiser bikes and take a ride or go for a run on the 19 paved multi-use trail alongside 30A. Explore the communities of Grayton Beach and Watercolor. Take-in the view as you cross over rare coastal dune lakes and stop for a bite or drink along the way.
Whatever you plan to do, it's all close-by!
